The percentage of messages answered measures the probability that a user will answer your message.
If a user is good at replying to messages he/she receives, it is very likely your message would be answered by that user.
On the other hand, a user who doesn't answer messages may just be a time-waster who is not really serious about finding love. Unfortunately, people like that exist, and our aim is to help you identify them.
Note: If a user has 0% of messages answered, you also have to consider how long that user has had their personal ad posted. The longer the personal ad has been up, the more meaningful is the value of percentage of messages answered.
