If you cannot login, there are two things you could try:

1. Click here to try several different browser configurations.
2. If you cannot login because you've forgotten your password,

   There is a link on the Login page next to Can't remember your password?. Click on it and follow the instructions.

   Your password will be emailed to you immediately.

   If you don't receive the password in a short while, make sure you check any other possible email addresses you could have used when signing up. If you still can't find the password email, email us your username, date of birth, and alternate email address you may have used to register.

   We will look up your password and send it only to the email address you registered with.

   If the email address you sent us is different from the email address you registered with, you would also receive a notice at that email as to the email you should check for your password.
