If a user is being a nuisance to you, you can stop it by blocking the person. However, if the situation is more serious, such as when that a user asks you for money, or invites you to visit other dating sites, or if you are being threatened with bodily harm, etc, you should report that user to us immediately.

To report a user, go to their profile and click on Report Abuse.
