Sometimes a member can turn out to be a nuisance to you, or may be harrasing you online. This violates our policy.

In a situation like this, you can debar the person from contacting you by adding him/her to your block list.

There are two ways of blocking a user:

1. When you read mail from a user, you get the option to block such user.
2. During a chat session with the user, there is button that allows you to block the user.
